VP Supplies accepts the following forms of payment:

Please note that we do not accept C.O.D. or PayPal at this time.
Tax-exempt customers must also complete the sales tax exemption certificate and send a signed copy to VP Supplies via fax or email to Info@VPSupplies.Com. Please contact our tax department representatives about any details regarding your tax-exempt account and the details needed to complete the certificate.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
How Are Shipping Charges Calculated?
VP Supplies estimates shipping charges at the time of your order. Once we receive an invoice from the freight company delivering your order we finalize the shipping charge to assure you only pay the exact shipping amount.
What Is Mil Thickness?
A “mil” equals one-thousandth of an inch. To convert mil to inches, divide mil by 1,000 (ex: 2 mil/1000 = 0.002 inches). To convert mil to gauge, take mil and multiple it by 100 (ex: .80 mil x 100 = 80 gauge).

How Are Boxes Measured?
- Listed dimensions are always the dimensions of the inside of the box, and length is always the first dimension. The longest side of the box with a flap is used to measure length.
- The width side also has a flap, but is always the side shorter than the length.
- The height of the box measurement does not include the flaps.
Please note that the acceptable manufacturing variance is +/- 1/8".

What is the 200 Lb. Test?
The 200 lb. test is a method used to certify the stacking strength of mullen lined boxes. In general, they are designed and certified to endure at least 200 lbs. of pressure per square inch, which is roughly equivalent to the strength of a box with an ECT of 32.
What Are 4G Boxes?
4G boxes refers to packaging that are rated and tested as a whole. Every component of a 4G box kit is tested at once to ensure that the entire kit provides consistent results. Each component of a 4G box kit is an important part of the kit. No piece of the packaging may be substituted due to the way they are tested together.
