Product Changes without Notice/ Other Company Policies

 

The products sold by VP Supplies are constantly changing, and the descriptions spelled out on the site might not necessarily be the same items that will be received. Any issues with the product quality, quantity, or specifications should be addressed to Management first prior to any other recourse. Please inspect all cartons immediately upon receipt. We assume no responsibility for any other labor or materials after receipt. By ordering and using this site, you agree that these nuances of the Industry and Company are acceptable and willfully undertaken by you, the customer. Box pricing listed on the sites are only for local customers and local deliveries. VP Supplies will determine such parameters at its own discretion, and may change the pricing as it sees fit for deliveries outside the range of said parameters. These parameters may or may not change through the course of business due to economic and outlying factors. The VPS codes listed on the site are subject to change without notice. A product ordered through the site might be delivered with another VPS code, which may or may not be the same product that was ordered. If it is not, these items are being shipped as an accommodation, and you, the customer, may refuse to accept the order if you choose to do so. All items that are accepted, will be deemed to have been inspected, and VP Supplies will be entitled to full payment. Interest will be charged on all past due accounts at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate allowed by law. If lawsuit is necessary to collect a past due account, client agrees to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and all court room fees/costs. All order are COD unless otherwise established with prior credit approval. Under no circumstances will credit sales be allowed on any account 60 days or more past due.

 

Return Policy

 

No returns will be accepted unless agreed upon in writing. VP Supplies retains all rights and interests in all products until paid in full. There is no other warranty, representation or condition regarding seller’s goods, services, or performance under any purchase agreement or contract, expressed or implied, including but limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. A restocking fee of 25%, or other amount deemed reasonable, can be applied to said returns. There is Absolutely no returns on custom orders.
